It is really effective in the beginning of the season to visit cooperation tour operators with presentation about your product. Since we are for more than 10 years on the market, we know key people in almost each Russian tour operator company and are able to arrange a presentation about you product and services.
Variant 1 - You give us a list of tour operators you cooperate with and we ourselves arrange with them best possible tome for a presentation for their employees and travel agents.
Variant 2 - If you are rather new on the market, we will suggest you the list of tour operators on your destination.
Usually, tour operators are very glad for such visits, and do not require any fee. The only cost for you is our services in amount of 120 euros per presentation.
Our employee will learn your product in details to be able to answer each question, even about number of stair on the way from reception to the beach, or services for disabled people, or providing baby-food etc.
We will need presentation in Power Point / Keynote / PDF to show on the screen. If you do not have such, you can request from us and we will make it in shortest term.
After each event you get a full report with photos and contact list of travel agents / tour operator. If we participated in a webinar, you will get a link to video recording.

Business Breakfast with TO Panteon for Nana Princess 5* (Greece)

DATE: April 25, 2018

Panteon Travel organized business-breakfast in Greek tavern Porto Mikonos with 2 hotel representatives (of "Atrium Hotels" and "Nana Princess") for Moscow TA. It was a cozy place with greek mood, 2 roll-ups of the hotels were placed in the hall between the tables.
It took more than 2.5 hours, 23 agents participated (25 were invited). Four speakers presented - Lyudmila Remizova and Anatoly Garkushin (Panteon Travel), Alina Rogaleva (rep."Atrium Hotels") and Olga Mamonova (rep. Nana Princess).
Lyudmila Remizova moderated the meeting. In approx.15 minutes director of Panteon, Anatoly Garkushin described their online system, bonus program for TA, flight program to Crete and Rhodes in 2018 and news of the TO. Then Lyudmila Remizova underlined the bonus program of "Atrium Hotels" and "Nana Princess" directly and gave a word to Alina Rogaleva (rep."Atrium Hotels").
Then the presentation of Nana Princess started which lasted less than 1 hour. All guests underlined the beauty of the hotel and highly estimated its design and IT/high-tech facilities. Light quiz after the presentation cheered up the participants. 10 souvenirs and prizes were appreciated by them.
55 liflets of "Nana Princess" were taken to the business-breakfast (23 for every guest, near 10-12 liflets were taken by them after the meeting for needs of their TA. All others were taken by Panteon.)
There were few questions about Nana Princess asked after the presentation:

  • How will be the guest who wants to stay incognito at Nana Princess marked at the booking system of the hotel?
  • Individual transfer.
  • Supermarkets and bus stops in the area.
  • Is it possible to visit hotel in May before opening.
  • When will be real photos and video available?

    TUI organized seminar at their office with representative of "Nana Princess" for their personnel. The head office of Tui is situated in Victory Plaza with the sign (in very strict access. Every elevator is going to the definite floor, there are lot of rooms with personalized access, etc.) Firstly there was a skype call from E.Stakhiryak (Product Chief Deputy, North-West region, TUI) who wanted to participat through video-conference with her office but they still had another online meeting with some Russian cities and after the discussion they asked to record the presentation of Nana Princess.
    Nevertheless, it was suitable to make photos before and after the meeting which took approx.50 minutes in the conference room with huge smart TV on which the sales manual was shown. The audience was very positive about the hotel and the news of the Nana Beach + Nana Princess. None of them has already seen the hotel, but some of them know about Nana Beach.
    Totally 12 managers participated during the seminar. The presentation of Nana Princess in the beginning mostly looks like free discussion with lots of question (actually, all questions later were highlighted by the presenter). Managers highly estimated the beauty of the hotel and its design and IT/high-tech facilities. Especially they like the roofs of the hotel. They did not know anything about TUI bonus program and were glad to hear about it.
    Light quiz after the presentation cheered up the participants. 3 souvenirs were appreciated by them (pencils and stickers). 15 liflets and 15 visit cards of "Nana Princess" were taken to the seminar.
    There were few questions about Nana Princess asked after the presentation:

  • Pets and disabled people. Blind people and watch dogs - is it possible for them to stay probably from the next season?
  • Is it possible to be all-year round hotel for Nana?
  • Is it clear from the name of the room is there a pool or Jacuzzi.

    Business Breakfast for Travel Agents of TO Ambotis Holidays for Nana Princess Hotel 5* (Greece)

    Ambotis Holidays organized business-breakfast in Food Embassy restaurant with representative of "Nana Princess" for Moscow TA. It was a famous, stylish place with lot of flowers, garden lights and beautiful furniture. The meeting took place at veranda where the roll-up of the hotel was ideally placed - opposite the tables with participants - lots of them made selfies with it and tagged each other in Instagram and Facebook.
    The business breakfast took more than 2 hours, more than 40 agents participated. Two speakers presented - Alla Filimonova (Ambotis Holidays) and Olga Mamonova (rep. Nana Princess). Alla Filimonova moderated the meeting. During her presentation she described their favourite Greek destinations and hotels, online system, bonus program for TA, flight program to Greece in 2018 etc. She also shared her emotions and thoughts about Nana Hotels and Abathon (she besides few invited TA just has returned from info-tour to Crete). Then she gave a word to Olga Mamonova (rep. Nana Princess) and the presentation of Nana Princess started which lasted less than 1 hour. All guests underlined the beauty of the real photos of the hotel and highly estimated its design and IT/high-tech facilities. Those TA which have already visited the hotel, discussed the quality of its facilities, creating the live discussion about Nana Princess.
    Light quiz after the presentation cheered up the participants. 5 souvenirs were appreciated by them (pencils, candles, stickers). Huge amount of agents came to say personal good-bye, tookd the extra-visit card and thanked for Nana which was very nice.
    55 liflets of "Nana Princess" were taken to the business-breakfast (40 for every guest, near 10 liflets were taken by agents after the meeting for needs of their TA).

  • Seminar for Employees of TO Coral Travel for Kipriotis Hotels (Greece)

    DATE: April 9, 2018

    Coral organized internal seminar "Kos and his hotels" for their personnel, it took 3 hour, near 15 managers participated (somebody has to leave earlier or came later). Valentina Chaus, Coral marketing specialist moderated. She had more than 1,5 hours speech about the island and its hotel chains, then after short coffee-break Olga Mamonova presented "Kipriotis Complex Resort". She started with Kipriotis video, mentioned Kos historical monuments and natural opportunities, activities etc, and then continued with presentation. Only few managers have visited Kos previously and was little bit familiar with its beaches and excursions.
    Managers were very interested in all hotels of the "Kipriotis Complex Resort" and mentioned that the great choice - every hotel for every client - is a big advantage of the Complex. They were little bit surprised that in spite of the biggest Mediterranean conference facilities, all hotels are opened late April/May-October.
    They were interested in webinars and all extra information about prices of day-pass, Aqualand, UAI and AI packages, newsletters and etc. 14 managers received business cards of rep. and branded pens. At the same time, one package of "Kipriotis Complex Resort" brochures in Dutch in branded beach bag was given to Coral office.
    There were few questions about "Kipriotis Complex Resort" asked after the seminar:

  • In which case and in which type of rooms (of which hotel) it can be allowed to book for extra person (1 baby 0-2 y.o). If it is only 2+1 allowed, can managers write to booking@ and ask for extra baby cot?
  • Will Kipriotis Maris work any Russian TO in 2018?
  • It was a light discussion about earthquake 2017 and actions of personnel during it.

    Workshop with TO Biblio Globus in Penza for Louis Hotels (Cyprus, Greece)

    14.02.2018 Meeting dedicated to touristic opportunities in Cyprus 2018 was held in Penza, "Helio Park Inn". It was organized by Ivan Bobkov, Biblioglobus (Samara) and Olga Frolova, Limassol Tourism board. 46 representatives of travel agencies and tour operators of Penzaregion participated in the event.
    The meeting was highly professional organized and lasted near two hours, including the little lottery with Cypriot presents and nice presents to 14th of February organized by Ivan Bobkov and Olga Frolova.
    There were three official speakers including Olga Mamonova (presenting Louis hotels) who had approximately thirty minutes and described Louis hotels collections, mission, directions and Cypriot hotels, including four videos of hotels which signed exclusive contract with Biblioglobus.
    Meeting format was quite friendly. Few professional questions were asked; mostly they were devoted to timetables of airplanes to Cyprus from the region and visa issues.
    60 catalogues were granted. Participants asked about the info-tours 2018 with visits of Louis hotels, praised short videos and the list of hotels comparison - the table on the back of the catalogue.
    Some of them asked if the presentation and links to videos will be sent to them for showing it to their clients. Few of them were interested in Greek hotels as well and underlined that in 2017 there were no any complains to Louis hotels at both regions. Some managers asked for more seminars and look forward to participate in similar events.
